The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa, Tucson

My stay was quite disappointing, especially considering how much I had looked forward to it. The rooms were not well-maintained, while the service at the front desk lacked attention. However, the breakfast staff impressed me with their excellent service. The resort fee was rather frustrating given the lack of upgrades and cleanliness during my visit.

My stay at the resort had both highs and lows. The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for my family, and the pool area was a big hit with the kids. However, some amenities were lacking, like housekeeping services, and there were cleanliness issues at the pool. Overall, it has great potential with a little more attention to details.
